How long will it take you to repair my items?
It all depends on the repair being done, most repairs are completed with in 5 business days. Status of repairs is always available 24/7 via our customer portal.
What area's do you service
Our service area covers from Lone Pine to Mammoth. Service charges may apply, Service Map
Do you only use original replacement parts?
Original Parts are always preferred when doing repairs, but not always available. In these situations we always choose name brand and leave the decision to the customer with our recommendation.
Do you work on printers?
Light trouble shooting and repair, unfortunately replacing simple parts can cost more then a new printer these days. Making them not cost effective to repair in most case's.
Do you offer Pickup / Delivery options ?
For customers located inside of Big Pine, we do offer a free pickup and delivery service. Pick Up & Delivery Fees can be found on our Service Map
Do you accept computer donations?
We do accept old computer donations and free data wiping service on donated computers at no cost. These donated computers see new life through local programs and educational out reaches with the local schools.
